ZeroFlake provides AI-powered email parsing and data extraction tools. We provision unique inbound email addresses and allow users to extract structured data from incoming messages via custom rules and AI heuristics.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys provided. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the processing of data that violates third-party privacy rights.
4. AI Extraction and Accuracy
ZeroFlake uses third-party Artificial Intelligence models to process and extract data. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that extracted data will be 100% accurate or complete. You should verify any critical data before using it for financial or legal purposes.
5. Subscription and Billing
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing or usage limits at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroFlake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, or for any errors in data extraction.
